Secure Packaging
Carefully place the unused product, including all original hand-blown glass and components, back into its protective Perfumer H box to ensure safe transit.
Dispatch the Parcel
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our laboratory team verifies the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
